Looking for the current status of your BattleTech rewards shipment?
Just enter your BackerKit email address below along with the Order # from your shipping notification email (or email from HBS customer service).
If you have not received an Order Number yet, then click “No Order Number” and enter only your BackerKit email address — after receiving your Order Number, return here and fill out the form.
You’ll see one of the following statuses:
1) “Your order has been released to our warehouse for shipment.” = It’s in the queue at the warehouse but has not been shipped yet, thanks for your patience!
2) “Your order has shipped! See below for any available tracking information.” = Follow the tracking link to track its status!
Please note: the FAQs below are from the shipping warehouse and do not apply to BattleTech Kickstarter Rewards. (i.e. issues with Credit Cards, Returns, Product Availability, are not HBS policies.)
